Approach
What the first 30 days look like.
IT should be boring. Here's how we get it there.
01
Survey
In week one, we map your devices, accounts, backups, internet connection, and the equipment that tends to be forgotten. We document what is working, what needs attention, and who currently has access.
You give us about an hour to walk through the business and answer questions. You get the map whether or not we work together.

02
Watch
During weeks one through three, monitoring, backups, and agreed security controls go into place. We work around normal business hours where a change could interrupt your team.
You review the written scope and sign off. From there, alerts come to us and we follow up when something needs your decision.

03
Respond
Support starts from day one. When something breaks, your team has one number to call. We fix what we can remotely and come onsite when being there matters.
Your part is to tell us what happened and who it affects. Weekends are available by appointment.
Involves → Helpdesk · Systems & Cloud · Network, Email & Voice
04
Report
At the end of each month, you receive one plain-English page: what we saw, what we fixed, what comes next, and what it is likely to cost. The report keeps small issues from becoming surprise projects.
You read one page and tell us when a business priority has changed. We update the plan around it.
Involves → Procurement & Lifecycle · IT Strategy
What we don't do
We don't sell hardware we wouldn't buy. We don't lock you into contracts you can't read. We don't promise 24/7 staffed support — we promise 24/7 monitoring and honest hours. We don't mention clients by name without asking.
